Bread Halva

This was how my bread halva looked. it tasted too good and its quite simple to be done, the next time when i do it again i will attach photos on procedures on doing it, for now, i'll just write down the steps. =)

Ingredients:
Bread (Big Slices)- 4
Milk- 250ml or 1 cup
Sugar- 1/3 Cup
Ghee- 2 Tbsp
Vegetable Oil- 1/3cup
Cashew nuts-1 Tbsp
Almonds- 1 Tbsp
Cardamom powder- A Pinch

Procedures:
1. Cut bread into 4 squared slices
2.  in a pan, heat up the pan, then add vegetable oil, Fry the bread slices 4 piece at once until it turns brown. as illustrated in the picture below. (keep aside)
3. in a different pan, heat up the wok, then add ghee, once it slightly hot add up milk.
4. wait till the milk starts to simmer, add in Bread slice, Cashew nuts, Almonds. Cardamom powder and sugar.
5. then just mix, mix, mix till the mixture looks thicken up and no moisture left.

6. As illustrated on the picture above.
7. almonds and cashew nuts can also be used to garnish the halva in the end.

I hope this helps, its quite easy if you organize things properly before start cooking. do leave comments if there is any questions.
